Checkout/Account/Delivery Address/Postage/Payment

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, click the cart button on the top right handside of the page. From there you can choose to
"View Cart" if you wish to make any changes to the quantity of the items that you have added to the cart or click the "Checkout" button and you
will be directed to the "Checkout" page.

Checkout Steps 2 & 3 Billing & Delivery Details
Once you are in the "Checkout" page Options, "Step 2" contains your Billing Details and "Step 3" the Delivery Details. If you wish to change the
information in the Billing or Delivery Details you can do so from here otherwise you leave the same details that you have provided when you created
your account.

Step 4 Delivery Method
In this section there are three (3) options to choose from.

Option 1: Australia Post
This option applies for all orders posted within Australia and Abroad

Option 2: Flat Rate
This option applies only to trade customers within the Melbourne Metropolitan area.

Option 3: Pickup From Store
This option applies to orders for pickup from our warehouse. We will adevise you by SMS or by email the date and time your order will be ready to
be collected

Step 5 Payment Method
Here you can choose how to pay for your order.
Option 1: Bank Transfer (Orders will only be released/Shipped once we have received in Bank Account the funds and have been cleared).
Option 2: Cheque/Money Order (Orders will only be released/Shipped once the funds and have been cleared).
Option 3: Cash on Delivery (You can pay cash upon delivery (Melbourne Metro Only) or when collecting the order from our warehouse).
Option 4 & 5: Using your Paypal account, Credit or Debit Card. Using this option is the fastest way to have your order shipped to you and all
payment are processed securely by PayPal

Q. How to find the right parts for your application?

A. Finding the right parts for your application is very easy and simple.

1. Search by part number.

2. Search by using key words such as make and or model of vehicle.

3. Search by using the Auto Finder.

Q. Will I receive the correct part?

A. The best way to know if you are ordering the correct part is to know what the part looks like on your application and compare it with the one you will order. We provide a comprehensive amount of information for all parts we sell and in the event that you may still have any doubts, then please contact us so we can assist you. Always take your time and check the specifications of the part that we offer here on our online store.

Q. What happens if I receive the wrong part?

A. In the event that CCPG supply the incorrect part, we will provide you with a return postage label at our cost and we will also ship to you the correct part after we have received the incorrect part.

Please note that the part's shown are the same part's that you will receive, however the colour may vary and also the packaging design, colour and shape may vary from the photo but you can sure that you will receive a premium quality part.

Q. Will my payment transaction be secured?

A. All transactions are processed via PayPal using a SSL and you can be sured that no one including CCPG will be able to view and or collect your debit/credit card details.

Q. Are the parts covered with a warranty?

A. All parts come with one (1) year warranty. Batteries come with six (6) months warranty for commercial use and for private use two (2) years.

Q. Can I return the part's if I changed my mind and or if did not use them?

A. Parts and batteries can be returned to us with thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and a credit will be issued only after we have received and inspected the item's. The return postage will be the buyers responsibility. You must first contact us before you return the item's.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. All items that are advertised here on our store are 100% in stock and therefore we dispatch them on the same day the order is placed. The cutoff time is 14:00pm AEST. All orders received during Saturday's and Sunday's are dispatched on Monday. You should receive your order within seven (7) days depending on the delivery address as remote postcodes may take extra time for the couriers to deliver your order.
